1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern registration, access to, and use of the websites, content, and digital tools offered by GloballView. By creating an account or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this version of the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The platform is intended for people legally able to enter into a contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the services.

2. Nature of the service and market risks

GloballView provides visualizations, indicators, analyses, and informational content about financial markets. The material is not an individual investment recommendation, offer, financial advice, promise of results, or guarantee of returns.

Markets involve risk, including partial or total loss of capital. Users are solely responsible for evaluating information, seeking professional advice when necessary, and making their own decisions.

3. Account and security

• Registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or allowing third parties to use the account is prohibited.
• Users must protect their password and immediately report unauthorized access through the official support channel.

4. Plans, payments, and renewal

The price, currency, access period, and billing method are presented before purchase. Card payments may recur according to the selected plan. A Pix payment normally grants access only for the purchased period unless expressly stated otherwise.

Recurring subscriptions renew at the end of each cycle until canceled. Material price or condition changes will be communicated appropriately before taking effect, as required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Canceling a recurring subscription prevents future charges and generally keeps access active until the end of the paid period. When available, cancellation may be requested through the billing portal or official support.

Cancellation and refund are separate requests. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and mandatory rights under applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit content without express authorization.
• Do not bypass access controls, automate unauthorized extraction, test vulnerabilities, or interfere with service security or availability.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or to violate third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property and external references

Trademarks, layout, text, images, videos, indicators, reports, code, and other content are protected by applicable law and belong to GloballView or their respective licensors. A subscription grants only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use during the access period.

Third-party links, videos, and publications may be displayed as references. Those services have their own rules and policies, and their presence does not give GloballView control over external content.

8. Availability and liability

Maintenance, data delays, provider outages, or temporary failures may occur. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain and restore the service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted, GloballView is not liable for investment decisions, market losses, or damages arising from treating information as an individual recommendation.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated in cases of fraud, account sharing, violation of these Terms, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirement. When appropriate, the user will be informed and may contact support for clarification.

10. Changes, law, and contact

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service, operations, or law. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. The current version and effective date will remain published on this page.

Brazilian law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer protection or other jurisdictional rules applicable to the user. Questions may be sent through the official support channel.
