1. Controller and scope

GloballView acts as controller of personal data processed through its websites and platform. This Policy explains processing during browsing, registration, authentication, subscription, support, and use of the services.

2. Data we process

GloballView does not store the full card number, security code, or raw card data. Those details are processed directly by the payment provider.

• Registration and contact: name, email, phone number, language, and support communications.
• Authentication and security: password hash, protected tokens, sessions, IP address, browser, device, access attempts, and audit records.
• Subscription and payment: plan, currency, amount, status, charge identifiers, and refund or dispute information received from providers.
• Technical usage: pages accessed, events required for operation, preferences, and error and performance diagnostics.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Register and authenticate the account, provide the purchased plan, and deliver support.
• Process payments, comply with legal, tax, and regulatory duties, and exercise rights in proceedings.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and incidents, protect users, and maintain platform availability and integrity.
• Send requested communications and, when supported by consent or another valid legal basis, updates that may be declined at any time.

4. Sharing and processors

Data may be shared, only as necessary, with hosting, email, security, support, embedded video, reCAPTCHA, and payment providers, including YouTube, Google, Stripe, and Woovi when those resources are used. Disclosure may also occur to comply with a legal duty or valid order or to protect rights.

Some providers may process data in other countries. In those cases, we adopt measures compatible with applicable law and seek providers with appropriate privacy and security commitments.

5. Retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and exercise rights. Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymized when possible unless retention is permitted or required.

We use technical and organizational controls proportionate to risk, including protection of passwords and tokens, access control, audit records, and secure communication. No system is infallible; relevant incidents will be handled according to applicable duties.

6. Data subject rights

Under applicable law, data subjects may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion where appropriate, portability as regulated, sharing information, review of applicable automated decisions, and withdrawal of consent.

Requests must be made through official support. We may request additional information to verify identity and protect the account before responding.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

In the current configuration, GloballView does not set its own behavioral advertising cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and other essential functions.

• gv_language: functional cookie that retains the selected language for up to one year.
• gv_session: necessary protected cookie used for authentication while the session remains valid.
• When reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google may use its own data and cookies to detect form abuse under its policies.
• Embedded videos use YouTube privacy-enhanced mode; when played, the provider may receive technical data and set its own technologies under its policies.

8. Children and adolescents

The service is not directed to children. If we identify processing inconsistent with applicable law, we will take steps to delete or regularize the data.

9. Updates and contact

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in products, providers, or law. The current version will remain on this page, and material changes will be communicated appropriately. Privacy requests may be sent through official support.
